I had a cleaning done today. This is the best dentist I have been to, my hygienist Julien was very thorough and informative. He answered any and all questions that I had. Monica the RDA was also very nice and informative. Would highly recommend coming here! More

My experience at Made Ya Smile was great from the moment I walked in to the moment I left.The front office staff was friendly and welcoming. I was called in right away. Ding did an amazing job cleaning my teeth. He made sure I was comfortable as he could tell I was nervous. He even numbed my gums that were having some sensitivity. Tony and Dr. Nathan took care of my filling with so much professionalism. They also made sure I was comfortable. It was over before I knew it. Everybody knows what they are doing and did a great job accommodating me as I was having a lot of anxiety. It went so well that I won’t go anywhere else from now on. More

I went in with my 12 yr old son, both for our annual cleaning. I must admit I was quite impressed. From the front desk staff to all those involved in the cleaning process was very pleasant and professional. Honestly, I am convinced "Barb" the hygienist provided one of the BEST cleaning I have had in a very, very long time. Dr. Green was also very attentive and helpful while being personable and professional. I really can't say enough positive things about my experience. This was my first time at this dentist office. I ended up having to have a deep cleaning which meant I had to get some shots to be numbed. I was very nervous but Devyn and the whole staff were awesome and calmed my nerves! I will be a return patient! Very happy with the Dentist and the staff here! More

Julien the RDH was great he explained everything to me throughout my cleaning and was courteous enough to numb my gum areas before treating those sensitive areas with the laser, l hope that he is a permanent hygienist, because I have been coming to the Sugarland location for a number of years now and Julien is only the second hygienist that l have had clean my teeth and did an excellent job. Jennifer the RDA was great as well, she was responsible for all of the pre work that was needed before the actual teeth cleaning took place, she was very professional and answered all of my questions, l enjoyed having her in the room yesterday, her customer service skills are exemplary. Made Ya Smile is magnificent in Pearland, TX. Off highway 288. The whole Team is caring ,excellent and very compassionate. From the receptionist (check in and check out) and entire Team. They took great care of me.I have receding gums which causes a severe case of teeth sensitivity. Every time I get a new dental hygienists .I am very apprehensive and fearful that my dental cleaning will be very difficult and painful moreover in the past hygienists could not use the electronic teeth cleansing instrumentation on my teeth, because it was very painful due to my sensitivity of my teeth....I had a new hygienist (Ebony) introduced herself she carefully listened to my concerns.She was very empathic,professional and CONFIDENT THAT SHE WOULD NOT HURT ME during my teeth cleaning ..she was totally awesome. She was able use the electronic instrument on my entire mouth pain free.I am super impressed and truly appreciative of you Ebony for taking wonderful care of me . They staff just WOWED me with the customer service experience!! Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. Janet was excellent from scheduling my appointment over the phone and when I arrived she was very friendly as she went over my dental care plan and my cost versus insurance cost. Yessica was so patient and did an excellent job with my Xray's ensuring I was comfortable and explaining to me what she was going to do next. Dr. Jamil is very knowledgeable in explaining and answering all of my questions to ensure my teeth stay healthy and looking great! Alma did an AMAZING job cleaning my teeth. I would say it was the BEST cleaning every! She is REALLY good and trustworthy in cleaning your teeth. Today, I was scheduled for my routine cleaning and let’s just say I received so much more. The management team has made some very noticeable changes to their staffing, from the way I was greeted all the way down to my full service experience. I felt comfortable and got to laugh a little, without the laughing gas of course. One new addition that stood out the most was their newest member Mr. Julian. He provided me with oral hygiene options and new techniques. You can really tell he takes pride in his passion. I have been coming to this location for over 5 years and I can honestly say that I was unaware that I was missing out on something. They actually felt clean. He applied the perfect touch. Ms. Felicia at the front desk is an absolute angel. I had a dental emergency and was pretty upset and she was calming, sweet and gave me some peace. She also went above and beyond to help me figure out my insurance and was truly patient with me. The lovely young lady, McKinsey, that did my x-rays was also just so calming and kind and I am just so grateful. I have been here many times with my son and have always had such a great experience. I’ve visited Made Ya Smile - Rosenberg twice for cleanings for myself and my daughter. Scheduling is fast and convenient and I appreciate the text reminder a few days prior to my visit. The hygienist, Lovella, is awesome. She helped get my gums back to health and is very gentle when she cleans my teeth. Dr Bartholomew has a great bedside manner and I felt he listened intentionally and addressed my concerns with honesty and practicality. I’ve had a fantastic experience both times and my young daughter has too. I recommend the Rosenberg location, all the front desk staff, Lovella and Dr. B! More

Everyone is so nice and helpful here! My husband got his veneers done here about 2 years ago and we are so happy with them! We both come every six months for routine cleanings and my hygienist Sonia is always so cheerful and positive. It’s also nice to see the employees all working together as a team, so even when it’s busy they are very efficient. I was 10 minutes late to my appointment due to unforeseen traffic, I figured I would have to wait a while but they still got me in and out quickly! 5 stars all around! More

I’ve been getting treatments done here for my Invisalign here and I love it. The staff here have made sure all of my dental needs are met & more. After check-in, Constance usually is the first person I see. After that, Emma does the checks for my Invisalign, adds/adjusts any stumps that may have fallen off and makes sure I’m on track. Both of them truly care about their patients & they create such a positive atmosphere for me. Every 5 months, when I get teeth cleaning, Lillian does them and she is amazing. From the time I go in, until the time I leave, these 3 amazing employees make sure I’m well taken care of! More

I brought my mother in law who was recently widowed and on a limited budget to get some urgent dental work completed including three crowns. This is for the fry road location. I went to have my cleaning done here. They were very patient and did a great job with removing all my plaque. The dental assistant was gentle. I was not happy about being there but everyone made it a good experience. They explained my plan and what the next step would be carefully and made sure I understood. More

Was able to quickly setup a last minute appointment after getting off of work. While waiting to get my dental insurance approved I was notified that my new company was out of network. By that time I was already in the process of cleaning. I have visited this location two times, and both times have been a terrific experience, mainly because Dr. Bartholomew is fantastic and the clinic is run well. On my first visit, I got set up as a new patient and had a cleaning from the hygienist. All went well and Dr. Bartholomew introduced himself and did a check - I had one cavity and needed a filling. I came back for my filling - I usually require multiple shots in order to get numbed - but Dr. Bartholomew only needed one and I was pain free. The procedure was quick and easy. I haven’t been to the dentist in 5 years and I finally decided to go due to tooth sensitivity. I was nervous to be judged because I haven’t been in so long. But no one judged me whatsoever. I was so scared because I thought getting my teeth cleaned would cause me to be uncomfortable because of the pain I already was feeling. However, when the cleaning started, I felt absolutely nothing. They gave me x-rays and spotted 4 cavities. They asked me if I wanted to take care of it in that moment and I said yes. 45 minutes later I was home! Literally the fillings were so painless. No more cavities, my teeth is white and I didn’t break my pockets! A huge win for me. Jessica walked me into my room and we connected very quickly. She packed me a goody bag and placed it with my belongings as Dr. Nathan worked on my fillings. He is awesome by the way. He barely talked and he got the job done. Shondi (I think I misspelled her name) worked with Dr. Nathan to get the fillings done and she made me SO comfortable during the procedure. Everyone was sooooo genuine. Including the receptionist with the pink dreads. I enjoyed my experience and will forever go to Made Ya Smile Dental! Thank you all so much. More

They saw me on time, the place is very clean and they do offer payment arrangements in case you need more than you planned for. I had a deep cleaning and I filling repaired and I felt no pain at all. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. B (Dr. Bartholomew). When my husband and I first started coming to MYS Rosenberg in February 2021 it was in preparation for our wedding (deep cleanings for bright white smiles). We thoroughly enjoyed the dental hygienist we saw at the time however do not think she is there anymore which really upsets us. She was amazing! However, over the course of the past year a new dentist joined the team, Dr. B. and I couldn't be happier! He is conservative with treatment as much as he can be from a financial standpoint while the main goal being that all issues are addressed. He also follows up after appointments with genuine concern of how you are doing. I have NEVER, in my almost 35 years on this earth, met a dentist with such care and compassion for his patients. I recently had to see Dr. Lopez for an extraction and while he doesn't quite have the same finesse as Dr. B (meaning not quite as gentle with treatment), he was very thorough and caring as well. Overall we are 10/10 satisfied with this practice and will keep returning. More

Made ya smile is by far the best office I have been to for dental work. I went in for a cleaning today at 10:30, and the new Hygienist is amazing. Ok so let me start off by saying I am terrified of the dentist. This was my first visit here and I received my exam and a deep cleaning today. The staff is absolutely amazing! Professional and comforting all at the same time. They made sure they told me about my options for pain management and were very transparent about the payment and options. Good afternoon. It is September 9, 2021; one day post oral surgery and I am pain free. Your services from the front door, x-rays, oral exam,, cleaning, impressions and payment process is impeccable. As soon as I was done with my paperwork I was seen right away! Then Laura the dental assistant helped me with X-rays! The hygienist Sofia was so sweet she cleaned and polished my teeth so quick! They had enough time to fill in a few of my cavities and Dr. Hu along with his assistant Laura were on top of my most problematic area and took care of the job! So from the time I walked in, to the chair of the hygienist, to the chair of the dentist and back to the front with the receptionist it was all around one of the BEST visits ever! I can hardly wait to go back for my next cleaning and to get the rest of my cavities taken care of to have that healthy mouth again! More

As soon as I was done with my paperwork I was seen right away! Then Laura the dental assistant helped me with X-rays! The hygienist Sofia was so sweet she cleaned and polished my teeth so quick! They had enough time to fill in a few of my cavities and Dr. Hu along with his assistant Laura were on top of my most problematic area and took care of the job! So from the time I walked in, to the chair of the hygienist, to the chair of the dentist and back to the front with the receptionist it was all around one of the BEST visits ever! I can hardly wait to go back for my next cleaning and to get the rest of my cavities taken care of to have that healthy mouth again! More

First time I came to this location, I went on my lunch break and waited in an empty waiting room for an hour before I reminded them that I had an appointment and I was still there... so I was hesitant to go back. That was about a year ago. I really needed a cleaning and this location is really convenient, so I gave it another try. So glad I did Because the staff was amazing! They got me checked in and I did not have to wait long at all. Crystal took care of me and answered all of my tedious questions. Everyone works together so well! Not so great - finished four months of work today and SURPRISE! if I don't come back next month for checkup and cleaning, the warranty on the new crowns is void. This place is great! The waiting area is lovely and comfortable although I've never spent much time there because they've always been on time. The cleanings are mostly painless although I have had one that left me sore for a few days. The staff is very personable and professional. My favorite thing though are the vibrating massage chairs - so nice and relaxing! This was my first trip to Made Ya Smile. I've only seen one dentist in my entire life since the time I've had teeth so the thought of going to a new dentist was a little scary. From the time I arrived until the time I left everyone was very nice and very accommodating. They use a Hydra Sonic cleaning technique that made my teeth feel really clean. Not only did I see my x-rays I saw actual images of my teeth in color for the first time. It was very easy to see the problems that was going on with a few of my teeth. I return next week for my dental work. Before I left today they explain all the pricing and everything that they would do for my dental work. This is the only other dentist I seen in more than 45+ years and it was great. Give them a call today and get your teeth cleaned. More

I’ve been coming to the Kingwood Location for about a year now and I absolutely love the staff and how organized they are. Soon as I walk in I’m always greeted by a friendly staff memeber at the front desk. I have only had to wait maybe 5 minutes to be called to the back and get my appointment started. The transition from checking in,to the X-rays, cleaning, and checking out is smooth. You can tell the communication between the staff truly makes all the difference.The dental assistants are knowledgeable and very caring. Mandy is my dental hygienist and she is by far the absolute best and I highly recommend her and this location. More

Once I was seated the process went very smoothly and I was very impressed with the quality of the work as well as the friendliness of the back staff. First time in. Very clean and appealing when you first walk in. Keurig was a welcoming touch. The staff was very punctual and pleasant. They are though and did a great job with teeth cleaning and diagnostic care. I am not a fan of dentists as a whole as I’ve always found them evasive. I don't have dental insurance and have high anxiety about dentists. But when I bit down on a mint and half my tooth fell out, I had to go see one! A friend and my husband recommended Made Ya Smile. The office manager worked me in as an emergency appointment the same day, and also found me an affordable dental insurance plan (~$100 annual fee). I ended up needing a crown and the insurance saved me a THIRD of the price! The dentist was fabulous and so friendly which helped me not be so anxious. All of the staff and dental assistants were wonderfully reassuring as well, even giving me a fuzzy blanket to comfort me! First time I ever wanted to give a dentist & staff a hug!!! I am beyond terrified of the dentist. After having horrible/ painful experiences in the past, I haven't seen a dentist 15 years out of fear alone. Nashwa made me beyond comfortable, explained everything incredibly thoroughly before she did anything. She paid close attention to my body language and facial expressions to make surei was comfortable 100% of the time. Their name is an understatement! This is the best experience I have ever had at the dentist. I came in with sever sensitivity to heat and cold. I just knew they were going to tell me it was do to cavities or nerve exposure and get to drilling. Instead they took their time to assess my complaint. (No cavities, thank god) they prescribed a fluoride toothpaste that is way stronger than sensodyne, she told me to try that for a few days and it should help the pain. They were very pleasant, patient and did not seem to be trying to simply get money from me. Now if this toothpaste cures my ailment I will have to send them Christmas gifts. More

But first I had an appointment to get a crown, and then I had an appointment for teeth cleaning, and I went straight from one to the next. I have been here for cleaning and check ups for myself and my children as well.  This is just down the road from where I live, so it is very convenient. The staff is very friendly on the phone and in person. They were patient with a lot of questioning because I was trying to find a new dental home. I was able to get in fairly quickly and when I came in, I was delighted to see that everything was very clean, professional and organized. I didn't see much of the dentist since I didn't have a lot of issues, but she was nice. All the dental hygienists that were seen during all of our visits were very kind, thorough and patient. My kids felt at ease with everyone there. My son did have some cavities so since he is only 8, they did refer me to a pediatric dentist to do his fillings. Overall, I am very pleased and will continue going here. More
