I am not going to lie, I was nervous for my replacement crowns. I am so very pleased and happy with Dr. Olson and his staff that I had to write another review. At the door I immediately felt comfortable and welcomed. Then the dental assistant was super sweet, kind and assured me it would not hurt. She was right! Dr. Olson did an incredible job and I felt NOTHING! He even let me take a selfie with my old ragged bits of teeth. I am happy to recommend anyone to their office. Thank you all for making my scary process a breeze. See you in two weeks for my permanents! More
If you have been searching for an experienced yet affordable, super friendly family dentist. Then search no further. I have been to several others over the past few months, and was about to make the biggest mistake of my life at one of the many so called 24 hr dentures offices around town. All of them leaving me in pain and wanting me to just pull all of my teeth, even if it really wasn't necessary. Well, thankfully I did ask questions and was somehow graced by google enough to have found Made Ya Smile in the Woodlands. Dr. Mannino, and his lovely assistant Val who are both super friendly and highly skilled., using up to date technology, and just left me with the biggest smile Ive had in months since my search began. There was no line, no long waiting times, and my husband even got to enjoy their beautiful waiting room that makes you feel so welcomed and comfortable if you are waiting for a few. I have my next appointment and all of my xrays, a new dental health plan that Dr Mannino came up with to help me save most if not all of my teeth! I was crying tears of joy, instead of tears of pain. I can't thank them enough, and also to all of the very caring young ladies in the frint office for helping me to navigate all of the future appointments, cost and they even saved me money with a discount program without my having to even inquire about it! So I promise I personally will make each and every appointment here because I won't be dreading the outcome or if I can afford to take care of my teeth, and I will be recommending this group to everyone I talk to. Having the confidence to smile, and not feeling embarrassed or worrying about eating something because it might hurt is what had me searching in all the wrong places. The dr and staff was very professional, friendly and accommodating and i would highly recommend them. I brought my mother in law who was recently widowed and on a limited budget to get some urgent dental work completed including three crowns. I had such an amazing experience at this location. Awesome staff - friendly, helpful and very pleasant. Dr. Vela was fantastic! He did a great job answering every question and making me feel at ease. The team here is welcoming and caring. I had two aging crowns that needed replacement, so I feel qualified to remark on their capabilities. Work was efficiently done, with the right amount of numbing to prevent pain, but not leave me with an all day fuzzy feeling mouth. They worked with my insurance and provided a fair price. It was my first time going to the dentist in many many years. I went in for an initial screening, got x-rays done, and even an oral cancer screening done. The staff was super polite and nice. It was one of the best visits I have had in a long time, minus being told I need two crowns lol. But that is what happens when you don't see a dentist regularly. I was super amazed at all the new gadgets they use now. All in all it was a great first experience and look forward to returning. More

Dr. Troy Mannino is the best. He is gentle and is a great conversationalist, witty. Dr. Mannino and his staff are very obliging and they do a great job of communicating billing and procedures. All of the dental assistants are pleasant and make you feel comfortable. I have had extensive work; crowns, root canals, deep cleanings and cosmetic work. I highly recommend this office for dental work. More
I've been pleased with every visit. Been coming here for 2 years. They are less expensive than most dentists, and have the best equipment to take care of all my needs. Free X-Rays, Free oral cancer screenings, and they are $300-$400 cheaper on crowns than I was quoted elsewhere. Maybe it's because they are "In Network" on insurance but it's great for me! More
