Debra | Made Ya Smile
I'm here today at Dr. Kesner's office because my husband nominated me to receive a smile makeover. He wrote in a letter and sent some pictures in. The people here voted and picked me.
I'm Dr. Mike Kesner and we're putting Lumineers on Debra today, and she has really dark teeth, several different colors of teeth and one in the front that is really dark. And so by putting Lumineers on, we'll be able to change that smile for her. And as you can see, she has one really dark one right there in the front, which makes this rather difficult. But the nice thing about Lumineers is we're able to cover this up, make her teeth look straight, make her teeth pretty and white, and the best thing of all, no shots and no grinding away of sensitive tooth structure, so it's a very comfortable procedure and a fairly quick procedure. Within two weeks you can have a brand new smile, a new white smile.
My teeth were stained by tetracycline from when my mom was pregnant with me, so I've been this way pretty much all my life and never really had thought that I would ever be able to do something like this. And so I'm thankful to him for doing that and thankful for Dr. Kersner for making this opportunity possible.
Debra never smiles. She always puts her hand up when she does smile and now she could smile with confidence.
when I'm hoping to gain from this is hopefully just to be able to have a more confident smile and to not be afraid to smile and show my teeth. So that's basically why I'm here. I thank everybody that helped to allow this to happen for me.
